CARDIO & SCULPT
Welcome to a high-energy, whole body workout that caters to everyone, from total beginners to total addicts. You’ll push yourself to the limits from combining athletic moves such as running, lunging and jumping, with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. You’ll tone and shape your body while you work out to music that’ll energize and uplift you. At the end of the class, you’ll have burned plenty of calories and improved your stamina.
DANCE CLASS
Join the dance in this freestyle dance class. We’ll take you through dance routines that use a variety of music genres and dance styles. You’ll build your coordination, flexibility and agility in this fast paced workout. Leave class with a sense of accomplishment for mastering the dance routine.
MIND & BODY
We’re turning up the heat in this yoga workout. We set the room to a specific temperature as we take you through a carefully crafted sequence of poses that is designed to flow seamlessly from one pose to another. The warm room will help loosen your muscles and joints, making them more pliable so you can deepen your stretches.
INDOOR CYCLING
Welcome to a true power-based indoor cycling experience. We combine different training methods for a diverse and well-rounded workout, such as custom intensity rides, challenges and competitions. As you ride, we’ll display your Functional Threshold Power (FTP) so you can monitor your progress and gain motivation to push yourself further. You’ll improve your power and consistency.
INT. SYSTEM COURSE
The development of group courses from coaching, collective fitness management, and marketing in the world, focusing on fitness events, and providing various types of group courses combining movement and music, can improve or enhance participants' strength, endurance, aerobic capacity, and physical coordination, softness, agility, and exercisers have a healthy body and mind, which is effective, simple, fun, safe and updated every season.
KICKBOXING
Master of Kickboxing. In 30 minutes, you’ll learn how to use kicks, punches, and elbow and knee strikes in a variety of fight combinations. We’ll adjust the complexity and intensity of each move depending on your experience. You’ll get stronger, leaner and fitter overall.
WATER AEROBICS
Challenge your whole body when you work out in a pool. The water will add resistance as you perform cardiovascular and strength exercise. We’ll take you through non-stop movements based on 6 moving patterns. The class starts off low impact, slowly building in intensity. You’ll tone your muscles, increase your range of movement, and improve your endurance, balance and flexibility.
CROSSFIT
CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.
